Busy Weekend for the Titans
The Raedon Excavating Novice LL #1 team was busy with home and away matches this past weekend.
On Friday, the team hosted the Woolwich Wildcats and came up with a 3-2 victory. Goal scorers on the night were Devon Smelski, Chace Robinson and Jay Alexander, with Bailey Brenneman and Robinson picking up the helpers. On Saturday, the Titans travelled to Wellesley to face the Twin Center Stars. Even though a tight match, the team fell to the Stars by a final score of 4-1. Jay Alexander scored the lone goal for Tavistock. Cowyn Baker was solid between the pipes, keeping the score close. Game 3 of the weekend saw the team travel to Mitchell to face off against the Meteors in an exhibition match, bringing home a 4-0 victory. Goal scorers for Tavistock were Chace Robinson (2), Kaden Wagler and Jay Alexander, while Nathan Wilker and Wagler picked up the helpers. Cowyn Baker was outstanding in the Tavistock net, earning the shutout!
