December 1st - 7th
On Tuesday December 2nd the Saputo Atom Reps hosted a strong team from Caledonia. The locals played hard, but fell by a 7-1 score. Ayden Wilkins scored the lone Tavistock marker, with an assist going to Kailynn McIntosh.
The next night Tavistock headed back to Wingham for their second silver stick game against Walkerton. Tavistock jumped out to a 2-0 lead on goals by Connor Roth (from Nick Raymer) and Keeton Bartlett, but Walkerton would score the only two remaining goals and the game finished in a 2-2 tie. Justin Roth was strong in the Tavistock goal.
On Saturday the team faced Mt. Forest in their final game, and competed hard despite a 5-0 loss. Russ Sebben made several good saves in the Tavistock net.
