"Come from behind for Series Win"
Over the past 2 weekends the Delles Carrier/New Life Mills Midget Reps were competing with Dunnville in the second round of playoffs for a berth into the Quarter Finals.

Weekend #1 and Game #1 in Dunnville the Titans took a quick lead and and kept coming and took the win by a score of 6-1. Game #2 back in Tavistock on Saturday the Titans jumped out to another quick lead only to see it disappear in the 3rd period with Dunnville tieing the game on two powerplay goals, both teams traded chances through the Overtime period but no one was able to score, game ending in a 3-3 tie. Game #3 on the Sunday back down in Dunnville with both teams pushing hard and back in forth action the Titans found themselves trailing 1-0 going into the 3rd period. When the boys took the ice in the 3rd they were determined to get a good start to get on the board and grab momentum back, that they did scoring early into the period to tie the game, unfortunately it was short lived by getting into some pentaly trouble Dunnville was able to take advantage once again on the PP and take the lead 3-1 and with a big effort the titans fell short 3-2 and Dunnville was able to even the series at 3 pts each. With a week off and a chance to refocus going into this past weekend for games 4 and 5 staring with Saturday with the Titans playing there best game of the series were able to take the lead back with a big 5-2 win on home ice setting the stage for Game 5 in Dunnville Sunday Afternoon. Game 5 the boys took the Ice with the chance to take the series, outplaying Dunnville through 2 periods and not having friendly bounces the boys found themselves down 4-1 after 2 periods. With a good team talk in the room the boys stayed up and determined that they weren't going down and with just over 8 minutes to go in the 3rd period the comeback began with Justin Wagler winning a battle in front of the net to make it 4-2, then 2 minutes later Jake Bauman with a Blast from the point for his 2nd of the game to make it 4-3, then just seconds later it was Gibby Lamond with a bouncing wrister from center ice that fooled the goalie to tie it at 4-4. With Dunnville now feeling the pressure and taking some risks it opened the Door for Gibby Lamond to walk out an bury his second of the game with 3 minutes to go to take the lead 5-4 and with that lead the boys completed the comeback in dramatic fashion and took the series and now move on to play Ilderton in quarter finals. Congrats to all Team Players for not giving up and Staff and also a Big Thanks to the players from the Midget AE team for the help when called upon. The boys would also like to thank the fans that cheered on in Tavistock and also the ones that made the trip to Dunnville to show there support, we look forward to seeing you in the next round.
