Titans Finish up Round Robin Playoff Series with a Win!
The AMKAD Novice LL #1 team played home and away matches this past week to finish up round robin playoffs. On Friday, February 26th, the team played host to their Ayr Flames #3 counterparts.
After many Titans' scoring opportunities throughout the game and an empty net goal for the Flames in the final minute of play, the Titans dropped a 4-2 decision to the visiting team. Goal scorers in that game were Cowyn Baker and Chace Robinson with assists going to Quinn Yule, Robinson and Baker. On Sunday in Elmira, the Titans took on the Woolwich Wildcats, bringing home a 3-2 win in another exciting playoff match. Finding the back of the net for Tavistock were Chace Robinson, Jay Alexander and Gavin Witt, with Quinn Yule and Robinson picking up the helpers. This would conclude the round robin playoff series, with the Titans finishing up in a two-way tie for second place in the B Division. Great job Titans!!
