Titans Drop 2
All good things must come to an end including winning streaks. Not much can be said about Saturdays game against the Huskies the Titans lost 7-0 but despite the score Colin did everything he could to keep the Titans in the game unfortunately the rest of the team just couldn't get going.
On Wednesday night the 4th place Embro team arrived in town and once again before most of the fans were in their seats Embro had a 2-0 lead. One thing the team definately needs to improve on is the starts it seems like the team is always trying to come back. A shot by Eric found the back of the net with assists going to Mickayla and Sam to make the score 2-1 after 1. That's the way the score stayed until early in the 3rd when the Edge took a 3-1 lead. Sam made it a 1 goal game on an unassisted breakaway with6 minuets to go and despite numerous chances to tie it up Tavi couldn't get the equalizer . Embro then scored an empty netter to make the final 4-2. That's it for games for a couple weeks till our tournament I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and stay safe during your holiday travels.
