The Bluemont Excavating Novice Reps had another busy week
playing in three away games. On Tuesday, the team travelled to Ayr to take on
the flames. The boys battled hard all game, coming up with a 5-1 win on the
night.
On Wednesday, the boys were on the road to Simcoe. This game
was a battle of the goaltenders until the third period when Tavistock was able
to solve the Simcoe goalie. The Titans finished with a 4-0 win. Spencer Otto was
solid between the pipes earning the shut-out.
On Sunday, the boys played their last regular season away game in Paris. Both teams exchanged goals in the first period. After a scoreless second frame, the team came out strong in the final period. They put up 6 points on their way to winning 7-3.
