Tavistock Minor Hockey AGM May 8, 2019
Just a reminder of the Tavistock and District Minor Hockey AssociationAnnual General Meeting on Wednesday May 8, 2019 at the TavistockLegion (Club Room), beginning at 7:30 p.m. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to enter a draw to receive 50% off of one hockey registration for the upcoming 2019-2020 season. There are openings on the Executive Committee as some members are retiring.
What Happens at our AGM: - The Executive Committee reports back to the membership (you) on themanagement and finances of the association for the previous year; - Election of four (4) members to serve on the Executive Committee fora three year term.; - An opportunity to ask questions and provide input on the future directionof our Association; - On average the meeting lasts 60-75 minutes. We hope to see you on May 8th.
