How to upload documents
Log into your Hockey Canada registry account. This is how you register for hockey. Click here
- Then you click on your profile, The top right. It should be a silhouette of a head
- click on name at the top. It should be a circle with initials
- click on documents
- then click add a document.
- Upload the document needed. Proof of address could be a utility bill
