What will the Coming Season Look Like?
We Received this information about programming from the OMHA:

There will be no REP or House League/Local League leagues this year.  Along with no Rep there is no player movement – this means no AP’s, 3.5, NRP’s and PTS.  The only transfer that will happen at this time is just player that have moved into centre.

All team will have only 9 players and a goalie, you only need a Coach and a Trainer per roster.  The OMHA will be contact you to remove your REP teams, and you will be able to add more roster for the new style.

All games will be played in your own centre.  You will make 5 teams per bubble.  These 5 teams will play against each other. Until the open it up some more.  If your centre cannot make 5 teams, please let me know so we can work on getting them move to another centre in you Public Health Unit.

No centre can start without getting permission from the OMHA, please make sure that you complete the Return to Play Plan and Protocols and submit it to me.

The Minor Hockey Executive need to  make some programming decisions that will depend on registration numbers i.e. Do we Offer a Second Shift Program (one ice time per week, or only offer Bubble Play, more than once per week)?

Please register so we know our numbers and can make the best decisions possible for everyone.  If programming does not meet your needs you can opt out.

We welcome your thoughts on Programming.

The First Shift is Back!
We Received confirmation on Thursday that the First Shift will return this fall!  Registration opens September 15 at Noon, and is capped at 30 Players.

Register as soon as possible!  Our program with 45 kids filled up in a few days.  I expect this year's program will be full before the end of the day on the 15th.

Details to Covid modifications to the program will follow.

Virtual Information Meeting and AGM

The TDMHA will be holding a Virtual information meeting and Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 16 to bring everyone up to date with the most current information about the season prior to hitting the ice.  As of now, we plan to start programs early October.

There are 5 Executive positions that that need to be filled prior to the start of the season.  Details on the nomination and voting process, as well as the format for the info meeting, will follow.
