Thankful for the Upcoming season!
Submitted By Larry Kropf on Sun 10 11, 20
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!  We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to host a Minor Hockey Program in Tavistock!

I'm also thankful for your patience as the TDMHA Executive work through the unprecedented logistics of the coming season.

Thank you to those that took the time to complete the poll, to the right, to share your thoughts on how we should set up the season.  The polling tool offers the executive to engage the community in decisions affecting Minor Hockey.  Watch for more polls throughout the season!

Tavistock Teams from each traditional Division (Novice, Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam & Midget/Juvenile) will be selected shortly.  We want the teams to be as equal as possible, to ensure fun competitive games through the season.

Our numbers aren't perfect in any of our age groups, so there may be some player movements between groups.  If this is being considered, it will only be done after consultation with players, parents, coaches and executive.

To maximize our ice time, we plan to have 2 teams, from the same bubble, practicing together.  The coaches will share the practice planning, and will run the practices as they deem best for the group.

We are still discussing the possibility of including other centers from Our Public Health unit in our Bubble Leagues.  These decisions will be made within the next 2 weeks.

As the season progresses, I'm sure more changes will come!  the Executive will continue to adapt as needed and consider all input from our hockey community!

Thanks again for everything that is done to support Tavistock and District Minor Hockey Association!

Have a Great Thanksgiving!
