Reps Begin League Playoffs
The Bluemont Farms Novice Reps are off to a good start as they began Southern Counties League playoffs on Saturday when they played host to the Tillsonburg Tornadoes, coming up with an 8-7 win!
The Titans opened the scoring early in the first on a goal by Keaton Bartlett, with Carter Roth and Dean Alexander chipping in with the helpers. The Tornadoes soon answered back, tying the game at 1. The remainder of the first saw the teams split goals, Tavistock's marker, an unassisted goal by Keaton Bartlett.
The second period saw just one goal for the Titans, Keaton Bartlett from Dylan West.
A high-scoring third period would see the teams each score 5 goals, making it exciting end to end, action-packed entertainment. Finding the back of the net for the Titans in the third period were Keaton Bartlett (2), Dylan West (2) and Carter Otto. Assists went to Carter Roth, Carly McIntosh, Carter Skillings, Dean Alexander and Max Harvey.
The Titans' next playoff action is Saturday, January 10th, when they will travel to Plattsville to take on the Rage.
