League Playoffs Continue
Game 2 of Southern Counties League playoff action went on Saturday for the Bluemont Farms Novice Reps when they travelled to Plattsville, and unfortunately fell to the Rage by a 6-5 loss.

Max Harvey opened the scoring for the Titans at the halfway mark of the first period with the help of Carter Otto, while Plattsville answered back just minutes later to tie the game at 1.  Jake Hauss teamed with Carter Otto putting the Titans back on top to end the first period.

The second period would only put 1 goal on the scoreboard for the Titans, from Keaton Bartlett, with assists going to Dean Alexander and Blake Stere.  Plattsville added 3 markers, making it a close 4-3 game for the opposition at the end of 2.

An exciting third period saw Keaton Bartlett and Carter Skillings light up the goal lamp for the Titans, with Blake Stere and Bartlett chipping in with the helpers.  The Rage answered back with 2 markers, and even though pulling the goalie for the extra attacker, this just wasn't enough for the Titans as the final score remained 6-5 for the hometown team.  Zack Roth made some key saves to keep the score within 1.  Good defensive play on the blue line by Brady Raymer earned him the rights to the hard working helmet!  Great team work by all!

The team's next playoff action is Saturday, January 17th at 1:30 pm when the Burford Coyotes come prowling into town!  Good luck Titans!
