The B. Kropf Forestry Peewee Reps have had a busy schedule lately with Southern Counties League play as well as a tournament.
A trip to Caledonia on November 23rd found the team on the short end of a 7-4 match. Goal scorers for Tavistock were Nathan Brenneman, Bo Schurink, Ayden Wilkins and Nick Raymer while Nate Patton added a helper. Back on home ice on the 30th, the team played host to the Aylmer Flames, and after an action packed game, the teams skated to a 2-2 tie. Marc Dionne and Ayden Wilkens put markers on the board for Tavistock while Peter McIntosh chipped in with a helper. Goaltender Logan Bromley made many great saves between the pipes to keep the score close.
The Titans competed in the Delhi Peewee Rep Tobacco Town Tournament this past weekend. Game 1 of the tournament went on Friday night vs the hometown Delhi Rockets and after a tight game, the team came away with a 1-1 tie. Peter McIntosh scored the lone goal for Tavistock. The "Difference Maker of the Game" award went to Mac Alexander. Game 2 on Saturday saw the team come up short with a 3-0 loss to the Six Nations Blackhawks. Back at it later on Saturday, a determined Titans squad demonstrated their teamwork by coming up with a 1-0 victory over the Langton Leafs, which would send them to the semi final match. Nathan Brenneman put the marker on the board for Tavistock while Kailyn McIntosh earned the "Difference Maker of the Game" award. The semi final game on Sunday found the team face a strong Drayton team and unfortunately a tired Titans squad dropped a 7-3 decision to the opposition. Point getters in that game were Ayden Wilkins 2(1), Nick Raymer 1, Colton Masters (1), Nathan Brenneman (1) and Aaron Schlosser (1). The "Difference Maker of the Game" award went to Nick Raymer.
