Peewee Reps Regular Season Winding Down
The B. Kropf Forestry Peewee Reps had 3 games this past week in Southern Counties League action.
On Monday, the team travelled to Waterford to take on the Wildcats. With the opposing team's aggressive offence and strong defensive play, the Titans were unable to compete, dropping a 7-4 decision to the home team. Point getters in that game were Marc Dionne 2(1), Peter McIntosh 1, Connor Roth 1, Ayden Wilkins (2), Nate Patton (1), Nathan Brenneman (1), Kailynn McIntosh (1), and Nick Raymer (1).
On Friday, the Titans provided an entertaining match for their hometown fans as they played host to the strong Tillsonburg Tornadoes. Tavistock put an early marker on the board, setting the pace for the night. The Titans never looked back, keeping the opponents on their toes for the entire game! Goal scorers on the night were Colton Masters, Ayden Wilkins, Marc Dionne, Nathan Brenneman and Mac Alexander. Picking up the helpers were Masters (2), Wilkins, Dionne, Dylan West, Peter McIntosh, Connor Roth and Kailynn McIntosh.
The final game of the week went on Sunday as the team hosted their Ayr counterparts. After a fast paced match with end to end action, the teams split points, skating to a 2-2 tie. Marc Dionne put both markers on the board for Tavistock, while Connor Roth and Ayden Wilkins added the helpers. The team will travel to St. George on Tuesday night as they complete their regular season schedule. They will compete in the Regional Silverstick Tournament in Tiverton over the holidays.
