Midget Reps Champs in Schomberg Red & White
The New Life Mills/Delles Carrier Midget Reps went 3-1 this past weekend to capture the Schomberg Red & White Championship.

The Boys started the weekend off on Friday night with a great back and forth game with the Huntsville Otters but fell short loosing 1-0. Saturday's first game was against the host team from Schomberg which seen the boys fall behind early in the first. Second period the boys found there stride and were able to score 3 and take a 3 -1 lead into the 3rd period. Schomberg was able to make it a one goal game late in the period but with some big shot blocks and hard work in the D Zone the boys held on for the 3-2 win. Game 3 was a "win and your in" scenario and the boys were dug deep and played through the bumps and bruises from game 2 and play a solid game in another hard, physical game and took a 3-0 win which put them in the finals play the Huntsville Team again. Alot like the 1st game this one was fast paced and back and forth for the first period and the second and the Titan boys held a 2-0 lead after the 2nd period. Huntsville wasn't about to go away easy and with a short span in the 3rd period the Otters were able to take advantage of some slow Titan legs and tie the game at 2, with a big push in the dying minutes the boys were not able to get the winner which meant it was Shootout time. With Jeremy Kropf and Sloan Myers both scoring in the 1st two attempts and Huntsville scoring one of there 2 it was nicley capped off when McIntosh was able to stop the Otters 3rd shooter which sealed the deal.

Goaltending duties were strongly shared by Jensen Vanboekel and Brandon McIntosh. Congrats to the whole team on the Hardwork and sacrifices that were shown to take the Championship!

To re-cap the regular season the boys lost to St.George last Monday night 5-2 and tied Burford 2-2 which moves there record to 2-2-2. Next action is Monday Nov 3rd in Tavistock against the Simcoe Warriors.
