The Tavistock Titans Saputo Atom AE's played home and away matches last week verses the Caledonia Thunder in Southern Counties League action.
On Tuesday, Tavistock was the host team, and after a hard-fought battle, fell to the Thunder by a close score of 3-2, suffering their first loss of the season. On Wednesday, the team travelled to Caledonia in a re-match and, once again, dropped a 3-2 decision to the home team. Point getters for the Titans in the back to back matches were Ayden Wilkins 1 (1), Nathan Brenneman 2, Connor Roth (2), Carter Otto (1), Ashlyn Witt (1) and Dylan West (1). The team began their International Silverstick Atom Rep tournament in Wingham on Sunday, facing a strong Mitchell team. The Titans fell to the Meteors by a score of 6-1. Scoring the lone Tavistock goal was Ayden Wilkins with Dean Alexander picking up the helper. Game 2 of the tournament will go on Wednesday night in Wingham - game time is 7:35 pm and game 3 will be played on Saturday - game time is 9:05 am. Good luck to our Titans!
