Bantam Reps Complete Sweep
The Dordan Mechanical Bantam Reps swept Twin Centre in 3 games to move on to the 2nd round of OMHAs.
In game 1 on January 12th at home, Chayse Zehr collected the shutout and the defensive corps played a great game to lead Tavistock to a 5-0 victory. Jay Schurink notched a pair of goals and Ben Smith contributed 3 assists to lead the offence. In game 2 on January 13th in Wellesley, Mitch McKay had a 3 point night and Brett Munro was strong between the pipes in a 4-1 Titan victory. Tavistock completed the sweep at home on January 19th, ratcheting up the offence on their way to an 8-1 victory. Ben Wiffen and Jay Schurink notched hat tricks to lead the way.
