Novice LL 1, 2016-2017 (Tavistock Minor Hockey)

Novice LL #1 Battle hard to bring home the Gold!!

The AMKAD Novice LL#1 played two games last week.  In the the first match-up Friday night against the strong Beverly Bandits #2 the Titans had a tough time organizing themselves in a 0-4 defeat.  Breana Blum had some good shots and Colin Smith was aggressive and got his penalty. On Saturday, an exhibition game against Mitchell yielded a 3 to 1 victory in a fun to watch game in Monkton.  Drew Roth picked up the hat trick and assist went to strong playing Quinn Yule.  Nathan Raymer and Gavin Jansen played well defensively.  Cowyn Baker was outstanding in both games facing lots of pucks.  

It has been a good start for the Novice LL # 1 team! Battling hard against Tavistock LL #2 and then Beverly.  I am happy with the progress so far, and am very excited for the season ahead! Mike
