Novice Reps Wrap up League Playoffs
The Bluemont Excavating Novice Reps finished up their Southern Counties League round robin playoffs this past Wednesday night as they travelled to Hagersville to take on the Hawks.
The boys got on the board in the first period on an unassisted marker by Keagan McMahon. The home team answered back early in the second to tie up the game. Marshall McKay netted the go-ahead goal at the 3 minute mark in the third frame with the help of Parker Glitz, while Jay Alexander added an unassisted goal to help seal the win. The team came away with a 3-1 victory. With the final seedings tallied, the Titans finished up in 5th place in the team standings, which unfortunately would eliminate them from further play in the semi final playoffs.
